AI Master Context - FRX Studios
Version: 1.0 foundational
Reference date: July 7, 2026
Scope: This file is the primary reference for any AI system working on building, coding, designing, documenting, marketing, or reviewing anything related to FRX Studios.
1. First Working Rule
Any AI working on FRX Studios must use this file as its operating compass.
The goal is not to produce generic ideas or excessive text. The goal is to preserve the company's identity, boundaries, tone, and technical architecture.
Use only approved FRX documentation as the source of truth.
Do not invent facts, numbers, legal entities, partnerships, achievements, products, or future promises that do not exist in the source material.
If a detail is not confirmed, say that it is undefined or pending.
2. What Is FRX Studios?
FRX Studios is an emerging creative technology company building games, apps, digital tools, and experiences based on programming, design, artificial intelligence, and video.
FRX means:
- Focus: choosing a specific space and executing it deeply.
- Reality: imagination meeting real conditions: the user, the technology, the budget, and the execution.
- eXact: precision in details, not as impossible perfection, but as respect for the small parts that shape quality.
The company is currently small and early-stage, beginning with one founder and one first product, but it is being built as a parent identity that can carry future products and teams.
Do not present FRX as a large corporation or a fully established global company. The correct framing is: a small startup with global ambition.
3. Vision and Mission
FRX's vision for the coming years is to become known as the Company of Free Technology and Creativity.
Free technology here is not a political slogan or an exaggerated promise. It is a practical stance: building clean, creative, respectful digital products that do not exploit users, do not rely on dark patterns, and do not push agendas solely for profit.
FRX's mission is to build digital products and experiences that combine programming, design, games, video, and AI, with real quality, calculated details, and clear respect for the user.
FRX is not trying to produce many products quickly without meaning.
The goal is to build things the company can honestly say were worth working on.
4. Core Values
Every decision, piece of content, line of code, or design should align with these values:
- Creativity: building something with an idea and a soul, not just a different shape.
- Realism: turning imagination into something executable and sustainable within available resources.
- Intelligence: using the right tools and systems to serve the goal, not to show off.
- Precision: respecting small details in text, interface, performance, security, and overall voice.
- Sustainability: earning revenue so the company can continue without selling user trust or the spirit of the product.
5. FRX Tone
FRX speaks like a thoughtful young person: interested in technology, games, video, and AI, but not reckless or performative.
Always use:
- clear and direct language.
- calm confidence without exaggeration.
- short sentences when addressing the public.
- deeper explanation when addressing developers, partners, or investors.
- honest acknowledgment that the company is still at the beginning.
- technical terms only when they add clarity.
Always avoid:
- empty corporate language.
- exaggerations such as "we will change the world" or "the best ever."
- aggressive or condescending tone.
- promises that cannot be measured.
- hiding problems behind marketing language.
Correct phrasing:
We build digital products carefully, and we try to make every release better than the one before it.
Rejected phrasing:
We are the revolutionary company that will redefine the future.
6. What AI Must Never Do
Any AI working with FRX must never:
- invent information that does not exist in the source material.
- claim the company is larger than it currently is.
- suggest dark patterns that deceive users.
- suggest features designed around behavioral addiction.
- turn user data into a product for sale.
- add unapproved legal, financial, or technical promises.
- copy other people's work or obscure the origin of an idea.
- write in a cold, exaggerated, or condescending tone.
- treat AI as a replacement for taste, review, or responsibility.
If the request is unclear, choose the simplest honest solution, or state the assumption clearly.
7. Business Model and Growth
FRX Studios is fully bootstrapped at this stage.
The business model is:
- Primary: B2C.
- Secondary: B2B.
- Future: Enterprise.
The first-year target market is Egypt, while the products and identity should be designed to scale globally.
Approved stage goals:
- Year one: launch Blur Guess, reach 10,000 downloads in the first five months, then reach 50,000 downloads and launch the full web version in the second half of the year, while building social presence and a Discord community.
- End of year one: grow to a team of 3 to 4 people if resources allow.
- Year two: grow the first product and build an AI video generation platform with a realistic, cinematic, highly customizable style.
- Year three: exceed $100,000 in revenue, explore two new apps, and expand into content creation.
- Years three, four, and beyond: begin AI film projects when the technical and organizational capability is ready.
Do not present these goals as guarantees. Present them as an ambitious plan tied to execution and resources.
8. First Product: Blur Guess
Blur Guess is FRX Studios' first product.
It is a bilingual Arabic/English guessing and social challenge game for mobile and web.
Core idea:
- Players see images that start blurred and gradually become clearer.
- They must guess the answer within a short timer.
- The game includes points, combos, leaderboards, solo play, and multiplayer rooms.
- The product supports social features, chat, friends, an in-game economy, coins, cosmetics, ads, and purchases.
Current product architecture:
- Flutter for the Android, iOS, and web client.
- Riverpod and GetX for state management.
- Hive for local storage and cache.
- Cloudflare Workers for backend APIs.
- Cloudflare Durable Objects for multiplayer matchmaking.
- Supabase PostgreSQL, Supabase Auth, and Realtime for accounts, rooms, chat, and leaderboards.
- Cloudflare R2 for files such as voice notes.
- Firebase, GA4, and Cloudflare Analytics for analytics.
- Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting.
- Google Mobile Ads for advertising.
- In-app purchases for coin packs, removing ads, and Season Pass.
- Gemini for dynamic stories and content.
Treat Blur Guess as a production-scale product, not as a small prototype.
9. Mandatory Technical Architecture
When proposing or writing any technical system for FRX, follow this architecture unless there is explicit approval to change it:

- API: Cloudflare Workers.
- Database: Supabase PostgreSQL.
- Auth: Supabase Auth.

PascalCasefor class names. - Simplicity before excessive cleverness.
- Clarity before obscure brevity.
- Security is part of the design from the start.
- Use Supabase RLS to protect databases.
- Use a simple Git flow:
mainfor production anddevfor development. - Run formatting and linting before pushing.
10. Design and Visual Identity Rules
FRX's visual foundation is dark, clear, and precise.
Reference colors:
- Deep black:
#050505. - Pure white:
#F5F5F5. - Metallic gray:
#A7A7A7. - Dark gray:
#1C1C1C.
Current logo reference file: Untitled-1.jpg.
Blur Guess has its own product style: cyberpunk, neon, glassmorphic, with backgrounds, video, and effects that fit the game.
Do not generalize the Blur Guess style across the entire company unless the context is the game or a game-specific campaign.
Design at FRX should serve clarity, feeling, and usability.
Do not use deceptive interfaces, and do not sacrifice understanding for visual spectacle.
11. AI Inside FRX
FRX uses AI as a capability multiplier, not as a replacement for taste or responsibility.
Rules:
- The currently approved model for content and dynamic stories is Gemini.
- Prompts must be precise and specific.
- Do not rely on AI to create complex code without human review and edge-case testing.
- Do not use AI to produce misleading or soulless content just to increase volume.
- Any AI video use should serve a real cinematic feeling, not mere spectacle.
Future vision:
- In year two, FRX plans to develop a highly customizable AI video generation platform with a realistic cinematic style.
- In years three and four, FRX may begin AI-supported film projects depending on the maturity of the technology and the company's capability.
12. Privacy and Legal
Current legal status:
- Legal entity, address, and phone: pending / TBD.
- Official email:
frxstudios.official@gmail.com. - Email mentioned in some older foundational documents:
mr3yex@gmail.com.
FRX legal policies are foundational and require legal review before being used as final public documents.
Privacy principles:
- Collect the minimum necessary data.
- Do not sell user data as a product.
- Use data to operate the service, secure accounts, save progress, improve performance, fix crashes, fight cheating, provide support, and perform necessary analytics.
- Share data only with service providers that help operate the products, such as Supabase, Cloudflare, Google AdMob, app stores, and payment providers.
- Do not target products to children under 13 or under the applicable local legal age unless there is a dedicated policy and legal review.
- When an account is deleted, delete or anonymize core personal data within a reasonable period, often within 30 days, unless legal or security reasons require retaining some records.
In any legal content, do not add a final jurisdiction or company registration details that do not exist.
13. Analytics and Measurement
Analytics at FRX should improve the product without violating user privacy.
Approved metrics:
- DAU and MAU.
- Retention Rate as a key signal of experience quality without relying on behavioral addiction.
- LTV compared with CAC.
- Onboarding completion.
- Completion of the first Solo or Multiplayer round.
- Crash reports through Crashlytics.
Avoid any measurement strategy based on psychological manipulation or pushing users to stay against their interest.
14. Marketing and Community
FRX marketing should be smart, direct, and honest.
Do not sell the product through exaggerated promises. Explain the experience as it is, while highlighting the quality of execution and the idea.

- 10 promotional ads for the game by the end of the year.
- More than 5000 followers across company platforms.
- 5000 Discord members.
Treat these numbers as operating goals, not achieved results.
15. Way of Working
FRX works in a calm, flexible system suited to a solo-founder stage and deep work.
The preferred operating loop:
Build prototype -> test -> fix -> launch.
Work rules:
- Do not open paths bigger than current capacity.
- Start with a small respectable version instead of a large incomplete product.
- Document important decisions.
- Handle bug reports transparently.
- Use Discord for fast support when appropriate.
- Monitor Cloudflare and Supabase.
- Run periodic database backups.
16. HR and Culture
FRX fits people who genuinely care about their work, pay attention to details, accept review, and learn quickly.
Joining standards:
- quality of work.
- maturity.
- ability to learn.
- respect for time.
- independence.
- openness to feedback.
- care for the final result.
FRX does not connect a person's value to age, nationality, or background.
It is not a good fit for people who see quality as an unnecessary burden or only want to execute tasks without care.
17. Documentation and CompanyOS Rules
Every Markdown document inside CompanyOS must exist in two versions:
CompanyOS/[Category_Name]/ar/[File_Name].mdCompanyOS/[Category_Name]/en/[File_Name].md
The Arabic version must be natural, professional Arabic, not stiff literal translation.

- Respect that the company is small and bootstrapped.
- Do not confuse future goals with current achievements.
- Do not invent legal or financial data.
- Keep writing clear, direct, and calm.
